Here is a link to the IPC’s Code of Procedure for appeals under the Freedom of Information
and Protection of Privacy Act and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

The Code of Procedure contains the necessary information relating to the appeal process, from intake to mediation and all necessary steps taken until the process is complete.

It contains definitions, links to practice directions and much more support information to assist co-ordinators of freedom of information and privacy.
