The appellant made a request under the Municipal Freedom of Informationand Protection of Privacy Act (the Act ) to the Metropolitan TorontoPolice Services Board (the Police) for copies of all correspondence between theappellant and the Chief of Police as well as records relating to any follow upaction taken. The Police responded by stating that the request was beingrefused because it is frivolous or vexatious.
