Summary		The Toronto Board of Education (the Board) received a request under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (the Act ) for access to all personal information of the requester within the Board's "care and control", including any information held by a named law firm which acts for the Board. The Board's response referred to a previous request for similar information by the same requester. In response to this previous request, the Board had given the requester access to some responsive records, but denied access to others, citing several of the exemptions in the Act . The requester had appealed this decision.
