The Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services (the Ministry) received a request under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (the Act) for access to records relating to a motor vehicle incident in which the requester was involved. In his request letter, the requester provided detailed information on the accident including the date, the location, the description of the other vehicle, the name of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officer dispatched to the scene, the Police incident number, and his own contact information.
