Summary
Two requests at issue, the first dealing with police investigation records related to a specific incident, and the second involving police investigation records related to a named business for a three year time period.
Section 4(1)(b) (frivolous or vexatious) - Police decisions that requests are frivolous or vexatious upheld.
Police are not required to process any further access to information requests from appellant related to the named business and location. Appellant also limited to one request/appeal about other matters with the Police at any given time for a period of one year.
