Calibrated hydrogeological model and accompanying input data prepared by County's external consultant relating to "Site 41" landfill site.
Inquiry continued as a result of compliance issues arising from Order MO-2416.
County ordered to immediately take all steps, including legal proceedings if necessary, to obtain the calibrated hydrogeological model and input data from Jagger Hims.
County ordered to issue an access decision to the appellant within 30 days of receipt of the records, in accordance with Part I of the Act, treating the date of receipt of the records as the date of the request.
