Summary  The Fort Erie Economic Development and Tourism Corporation (FEEDTC) received a request for records related to procurement, including policies and practices. FEEDTC returned the requester’s fee to her and refused to process the request under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, taking the position that it was not an “institution” under the Act.
