Summary
The appellant made a request for information relating to the acquisition of two named companies by St. Thomas Holding Inc. (STHI). Order MO-2566 was issued and portions of the records were found to be exempt under the mandatory personal privacy exemption in section 14(1). The adjudicator failed to consider the application of the mandatory third party information exemption in section 10(1) and reconsidered Order MO-2566 on that basis. Section 10(1)(a), (b) and (c) were found not to apply to the information at issue.
