Summary		The reconsideration of Order PO-2987 was requested by the successful proponent (affected party) and the institution in two separate requests. The affected party’s reconsideration request was granted under section 18.01(a) of the IPC Code of Procedure, based on the failure to seek its representations with respect to one of the records. During the reconsideration, the appellant removed some financial information belonging to the affected party, as well as information related to the scoring of the bids, from the scope of the reconsideration.
