Summary
The appellant sought access to a contract for the provision of bus services by the affected party to the region. Access to the contract was denied under the mandatory third party information exemption in section 10(1). The region’s decision was not upheld on the basis that the record does not qualify for exemption under section 10(1) because the information contained therein was not supplied to the region by the affected party for the purposes of sections 10(1).
