Summary
|
|
The appellant sought access to the consultant’s report on response times prepared for Toronto Fire Service. The city denied access to portions of the record. Access to three pages of the record was denied under sections 10(1) (third party information) and 11 (economic and other interests). Access was denied to the remaining portions under the exclusionary provision in section 52(3)3 (employment and labour relations) of the Act. In this order, neither the exclusion in section 52(3)3 nor the exemptions in sections 10(1)(b) and 11(g) applied and the information at issue was ordered to be disclosed.
