Summary
The appellant filed a request for records relating to an incident involving himself. The ministry denied the appellant access to the responsive records claiming that disclosure would constitute an unjustified invasion of personal privacy under section 49(b). The ministry also claims that the records are exempt under section 49(a), in conjunction with 14(1)(e) and/or 14(1)(l) (law enforcement). This order finds that the records are exempt under section 49(b) and dismisses the appeal.
