Summary
The requester sought access to information contained in the ONBIS directory relating to six identified individuals. Access was denied on the basis that the release of such information would be an unjustified invasion of personal privacy under section 21(1). In this order, the information contained in the responsive records is found not to qualify as “personal information” under the definition in section 2(1) and, therefore, it is not exempt under section 21(1). Accordingly, all of the information is ordered disclosed to the appellant.
