The IPC has put together several Information Privacy toolkits providing a variety of tools to help you understand and work through privacy complaints and issues. The Basic Tool Kit for New Co-ordinators includes legislative and interpretive tools, as well as information on requests, appeals, protection of privacy and the role of the co-ordinator. The Mediation Tool Kit contains information to assist staff involved in the mediation process.
