Mediation Tool kit

Summary

Mediation is the preferred method of resolving both access appeals and privacy complaints at the IPC. The IPC Mediation team has prepared a Mediation Tool Kit to assist institutions and /or appellants in preparing for mediation. We hope that you will find it both practical and inspiring.

IPC Mediators are also available to deliver training sessions to institutions about our mediation process. Please advise us of your interest.
