IPC Orders City of Markham to Reconsider Release of Documents

As covered in this past weekend’s Toronto Star, the IPC has ordered the City of Markham to reconsider the disclosure of various reports pertaining to proposals for the construction of an arena. In two new interim Orders, MO-3176-I and MO-3177-I, Adjudicator Stella Ball ordered one record released and ordered the city to reconsider some of its discretionary exemption claims. Each decision sets out timelines for the City to respond to the IPC.
