CBA Access and Privacy Symposium

October 29, 2020, 8pm - 8pm

Assistant Commissioner, David Goodis, will be appearing to discuss the latest updates at the IPC and significant court and regulator decisions in access law over the past year. Also to be discussed will be the resolution of the decade-long litigation clarifying the interplay between the public interest override under Ontario’s access laws and the law enforcement exemption under those laws.
